Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky
The name of this expression wasn’t randomly chosen. In fact, this expression creates a perfectly balanced symbiosis between the whiskies and grains used in the blend. To name it “Harmony” was just a logical decision.
The blend is a Suntory’s team responsibility, led by the master blend Shingo Torii. The Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky has its place within the Suntory Distillery’s range Hibiki where other great whiskies are blended to create such amazing expressions as Japanese Harmony.
The expression itself is made from Chita Distillery’s grain whiskies and Hakushu and Yamazaki’s malt whiskies. To age the blend it is used Xerez, Mizunara oak and white american oak barrels.
