Selle ainulaadse viskit\u00fc\u00fcbi kohta on aga nii palju teada. <\/p>\n<p>Bourbon on &#8211; nagu ka viski ja iiri viski &#8211; Ameerika viski. Selle joogi t\u00e4pne ajalugu ei ole teada, kuid t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt leiutasid selle 18. sajandil Kentucky&#8217;sse asunud iiri ja \u0161oti immigrandid. <\/p>\n<p>Sama kehtib ka nime &#8220;bourbon&#8221; kohta. On palju lugusid, mis seletavad nime p\u00e4ritolu. \u00dcks v\u00e4ga levinud on, et viski sai oma nime New Orleansis asuva Bourbon Street&#8217;i j\u00e4rgi, kus kaupmehed m\u00fc\u00fcsid seda suurtes kogustes ja v\u00e4ga madala hinnaga.  <\/p>\n<p>1964. aastal kuulutati destilleeritud jook Ameerika \u00dchendriikide erip\u00e4raseks tooteks, mida ei saa toota teistes riikides. Analoogia viskiga on ilmne: isegi kui toode on erilise burbooni maitsega, kuid seda toodetakse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whiskyflavour.com\/et\/blog\/black-velvet-whisky\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Kanadas<\/a>, ei saa seda m\u00fc\u00fca burboonina. Isegi kui bourbon v\u00f5ib teoreetiliselt olla toodetud Californias v\u00f5i New Jersey&#8217;s, siis enamik k\u00f5igist burboonidest valmistatakse Kentucky&#8217;s. Maapiirkonna osariigis on pikk traditsioon destilleeritud jookide tootmisel t\u00e4nu looduslikest allikatest p\u00e4rit puhtale veele.   <\/p>\n<h2>Bourboni m\u00e4\u00e4ratlus<\/h2>\n<p>Nagu varem \u00f6eldi, peab bourbon olema toodetud USAs. Kuid sellest \u00fcksi ei piisa, sest viskil peab olema m\u00f5ned omadused, et seda saaks m\u00fc\u00fca bourbonina. <\/p>\n<p>Bourbon peab olema toodetud teraviljasegust, mis sisaldab v\u00e4hemalt 51 protsenti maisi. Seej\u00e4rel peab jook laagerduma uutes s\u00f6estatud tammevaatides (\u00e4rge unustage: viski v\u00f5i prantsuse viski laagerdub tavaliselt eelnevalt kasutatud t\u00fcnnides). Kui bourbon j\u00f5uab t\u00fcnni, ei tohi selle alkoholisisaldus \u00fcletada 62,5 mahuprotsenti.  <\/p>\n<p>Kuude ja aastate jooksul v\u00e4heneb alkoholi mahuprotsent aeglaselt. Villimisel peab see siiski olema \u00fcle 40 mahuprotsendi alkoholi (sama kehtib ka mis tahes muu viski kohta). <\/p>\n<p>Huvitav fakt on see, et m\u00f5ned burboonid laagerduvad enne villimist vaid paar kuud. Erandiks on nn &#8220;sirge burboon&#8221;, mis peab laagerduma v\u00e4hemalt 24 kuud. <\/p>\n<p>Kui olete huvitatud Ameerika viski ostmisest internetist, p\u00f6\u00f6rake sellele t\u00e4helepanu: USAs on terminil &#8220;blended&#8221; teistsugune t\u00e4hendus kui Euroopas.
