Whiskey secar\u0103 (la alegere)<\/li>\n<li>1 espresso dublu<\/li>\n<li>25 oz. sirop simplu<\/li>\n<li>Pic\u0103tur\u0103 de bitter Peychaud<\/li>\n<li>Coaj\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cum s\u0103<\/h3>\n<p>\u00centr-un shaker se adaug\u0103 espresso, whisky, sirop simplu \u0219i bitter \u0219i se umple cu ghea\u021b\u0103. Se amestec\u0103 cu o lingur\u0103 de bar timp de aproximativ 30 de secunde \u0219i se strecoar\u0103 \u00eentr-un pahar umplut cu ghea\u021b\u0103. Cu coaja de l\u0103m\u00e2ie freca\u021bi marginea paharului \u0219i decora\u021bi cu ea. Dup\u0103 ce \u00eencepe s\u0103 fac\u0103 bule, opri\u021bi focul \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi-l s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 la temperatura camerei. Strecura\u021bi siropul \u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi-l \u00eentr-un shaker cu bourbon, suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi ghea\u021b\u0103 \u0219i agita\u021bi bine. Se toarn\u0103 \u00eentr-un pahar. \u00cen shaker, ad\u0103uga\u021bi acum siropul de ar\u021bar, sucul de portocale \u0219i albu\u0219ul de ou. Se agit\u0103 bine p\u00e2n\u0103 se creeaz\u0103 o spum\u0103.
