Totu\u0219i, chiar mai bun\u0103 dec\u00e2t o tart\u0103 cu mere normal\u0103, este o tart\u0103 cu mere cu whisky! \u00cen aceast\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103, v\u0103 vom da pa\u0219ii pentru a crea cea mai uimitoare tart\u0103 irlandez\u0103 cu mere.<\/p>\n<h2>Tart\u0103 irlandez\u0103 de mere<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingrediente<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g Stafide aurii<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00c2\u00bd oz. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jamesonwhiskey.com\/en\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">whisky irlandez Single-malt<\/a> (plus un strop suplimentar pentru mere)<\/li>\n<li>250 g de zah\u0103r demerara<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00c2\u00bd kg m\u0103r de g\u0103tit (decojit \u0219i cur\u0103\u021bat de miez)<\/li>\n<li>M\u0103run\u021bic\u0103 de unt<\/li>\n<li>1 baton de scor\u021bi\u0219oar\u0103 (u\u0219or zdrobit)<\/li>\n<li>284 ml de fri\u0219c\u0103<\/li>\n<li>1 ou (b\u0103tut cu un strop de lapte)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ingrediente de patiserie<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de f\u0103in\u0103 simpl\u0103<\/li>\n<li>100 g de zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<li>2 ou\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ingrediente de zah\u0103r savuros<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>140 g de zah\u0103r muscovado<\/li>\n<li>10 g de sare de mare Maldon<\/li>\n<li>Coaja de la trei l\u0103m\u00e2i<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cum s\u0103<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, \u00eencepe\u021bi cu zah\u0103rul s\u0103rat \u0219i cuptorul. Se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te cuptorul la 140C\/fan sau 160C\/gaz 1. \u00cempr\u0103\u0219tia\u021bi zah\u0103rul muscovado, sarea de mare Maldon \u0219i coaja de l\u0103m\u00e2ie pe o foaie de copt. Las\u0103-l \u00een cuptor timp de 15 minute pentru a-l usca. Se scoate \u0219i se las\u0103 s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.
