This time we have decided to dedicate the Irish cocktails to the amazing and well-known Bushmills whiskey. As mentioned before, you can make the cocktails with any Irish whiskey of your choice. Bushmills is just a little suggestion from us.

Bushmills Whiskey

The Old Bushmills Distillery was stablished in 1784 by Hugh Anderson. The pot still became the trademark of the distillery in the same year and it is still their mark of genuine distinction.

Throughout the years, the distillery went through some rough and good times, with a fire in 1885, which destroyed the whole distillery, and numerous malt whiskey prizes won in the early 1990’s.

During the prohibition period, the Bushmills distillery was sold to a Belfast merchant called Samuel Wilson. Samuel believed in the brand so much that he bought the distillery 10 years before the prohibition ended. He increased the revenues of the brand and brought Bushmills to the US market increasing its awareness and success.

Nowadays, with over 400 years of history, Bushmills whiskey is loved all around the world, being appreciated by its diverse offer and incredible notes and flavours.
